PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a film folding line of a wrapping machine, configured to perform simple and rapid adjustment in changing wrapping size. SOLUTION: Reception rollers 12 and pressing rollers 15 of first marking rollers 18 are arranged on support bodies 27 and interlocking bodies 41 which are adjusted in lateral displacement by a first adjustment means, so as to be integrally moved, respectively. Reception rollers 13 and pressing rollers 16 of second marking rollers 19 and reception rollers 14 and pressing rollers 17 of third marking rollers 20 are laterally movably supported with respect to the support bodies 27 and the interlocking bodies 41, respectively.
