PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction hand that can peel a seal more certainly than before with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The suction hand for sucking a seal member includes: an arc-shaped suction surface for adsorbing the seal member, to which a first suction port and a second suction port; a first communication path for communicating the first suction port with a suction path; a second communication path for communicating the second suction port with the suction path; and a valve which closes the second communication path in a state that the first suction port contacts the seal member and the second suction port does not contact the seal member, and opens the second communication path in a state that the second suction port contacts the seal member.
