A multilingual information guidance system comprises: at least one information output device for displaying guidance information to a user; and an information provision server connected to the information output devices so as to provide guidance information prepared using one or more languages to the information output device according to a request of the information output device, wherein the information output device outputs guidance information prepared using the native language corresponding to nationality information of a user, which is read from an RFID tag in which the nationality information of the user is stored, or transmitted from the information provision server.
