The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a multicast retransmitting method, device and system improving retransmission efficiency. The method comprises: a base station transmits m linear combination packets to each user equipment (UE) in a UE group, each of the m linear combination packets being a linear combination of n original data packets, the coefficients of any n linear combination packets of the m linear combination packets forming a nonsingular matrix, n being a natural number greater than or equal to 2, m being greater than or equal to n, and the UE group comprising at least two UEs; and when receiving feedback information transmitted by at least one UE in the UE group, the base station transmits a retransmission linear combination packet to each UE in the UE group, the coefficient of the retransmission linear combination packet being different from the coefficients of m linear combination packets, and forming a nonsingular matrix with the coefficients of any n-1 linear combination packets of the m linear combination packets. |
