To provide a flexible cable, which has a simple configuration, facilitated manufacture, sufficient flexibility, and an increased capacitance value. This flexible cable is provided with: a long flexible base material (10) having a first surface and a second surface facing each other; a first capacitor electrode (11), which is provided on the first surface side of the flexible base material (10), and which extends from one end portion to the other end portion of the flexible base material (10); a second capacitor electrode (21), which is provided on the second surface side of the flexible base material (10), and which extends from the other end portion to the one end portion of the flexible base material (10); a first connecting section (12) that is provided on an end portion of the first capacitor electrode (11), i.e., the one end portion of the flexible base material (10); and a second connecting section (22) that is provided on an end portion of the second capacitor electrode (21), i.e., the other end portion of the flexible base material (10). |
