A rock formation testing method and a formation testing instrument, comprising a first pump, a dual-packer module, a reverse injection module, and a second pump. The dual-packer module has arranged at one side thereof a support arm. The support arm is capable of packing when opened. The dual-packer module has arranged at another side thereof a first probe and a second probe, where the first probe is located above the second probe, and the first probe and the second probe are capable of establishing channels with a formation. The second pump injects an acidified fluid in the reverse injection module into a fluid area in the formation via the second probe. The first pump extracts fluid from the formation via the first probe.
