The invention relates to arm engineering and can be used in the form of a practice training set for grenade launcher means. The inventive practice training set for using a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher comprises a launching device (1) and a practice-training shot (2). The front section of the launching device is embodied in the form of a guiding barrel (3) provided with changeable parts (4) which are mounted thereon and simulate a service round body. The rear section of the launching device is embodied in the form of the removable charging chamber (7) of a propulsion charge (18) and is provided with a jet (9) and a gas discharge unit (10). The body (5) of the practice training shot is simultaneously used as the extension of the guiding barrel (3) of the launching device (1) and as a container for transporting a simulating rocket grenade. The launching device components are connected to the body of the practice-training shot in advance or just prior to the charge thereof into the grenade launcher. Said invention makes it possible to fully simulate the technical characteristics, ergonomic indexes and preparation operations when using a combat analogue without a barrel wear, thereby enabling the launching device to be multiply used
