The present invention relates to a specific monoclonal antibody in a delta like ligand 4 (DLL4) and a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer and inhibiting cancer transfer including the same and, more specifically, the specific monoclonal antibody of DLL4 selected from the hybridoma cells wherein the hybridoma cells are obtained by injecting an external domain of DLL4 to mice, which is allowed to inhibit the growth of glioblastoma cells and of a sarcoma and movement of cells. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention including the specific monoclonal antibody of DLL4 can be widely used for manufacturing pharmaceutical compositions for treating cancer or inhibiting cancer transfer.
