<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an extension process of a vehicle utilization time without stopping the vehicle even if the vehicle is moving. <P>SOLUTION: This utilization time extension system in a car sharing system includes: voice input/output means; an operator being operated to start and stop the voice input/output means; first monitoring means monitoring that the operator is operated; second monitoring means monitoring the start and stop of the voice input/output means; determination means confirming a reservation state and determining whether the extension of the utilization time of the vehicle is possible or not based on the monitoring result of the second monitoring means; command means, according to the determination result of the determination means, commanding a user to operate the operator when there is a necessity to extend the utilization time; and contact line connecting means, after the command by the command means, connecting a contact line between the voice input/output means and prescribed telephone means based on the monitoring result of the first monitoring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
