PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of display processing for a computer program and program specification in a development of the computer program. SOLUTION: A program processing apparatus 100 includes: a data acquisition part 110 for acquiring integrated data that includes codes for describing a computer program and specification data for describing a program specification of the computer program; a data specification part 120 for respectively specifying the codes and specification data from the integrated data acquired by the data acquisition part 110; and a display control part 130 for displaying a first display area for displaying the content of the computer program that is described by the codes specified by the data specification part 120 and a second display area for displaying the content of the program specification that is described by the specification data specified by the data specification part 120 in a single edition screen on a display 104.
