PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring joint device of a structure capable of extending/retracting the generally full size of a joint part and moving a flooring joint plate while always maintaining a square shape even if the flooring skeleton of a building corresponding to the opening of the building such as an elevator shaft is twice or less than the dimension of the joint part. SOLUTION: This flooring joint device of a building comprises the elevator shaft installed through the skeleton of the building or the ground and the joint parts; a slidably moving rod laterally slidably installed on the outer wall surface at the lower position of the opening of the structure such as a stairway shaft or a building; and a joint device body for flooring having one end affixed to the slidably moving rod, capable of covering the joint part by the joint plate having a dimension of two times or less of the joint part when the structure is moved in the longitudinal direction, and moved in an always square state.
