PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass crusher and a biomass-coal co-firing system, capable of discharging efficiently crushed biomass powder to an outside. SOLUTION: This biomass crusher/biomass-coal co-firing system includes a crusher body 13 having a raw material supply pipe 12 for supplying a biomass raw material 11 from a vertical axis-directional upper side, a crushing table 14 mounted with the supplied biomass raw material 11, a driving part 15 for rotation-driving the crushing table 14, a crushing roller 16 operated interlockedly with rotation of the crushing table 14, to crush the biomass raw material 11 by a pressing force, and a blowing means for forming an upward flow from an outer circumferential side under side of the crushing table 14 to an upper side, and for injecting a conveying gas 18 for airflow-conveying the crushed biomass powder 17, a barrel part 21 in the vertical axis-directional central part of the crusher body 13 is diameter-contracted, and a plurality of discharge pipes 22 for discharging the biomass powder 17 is provided along a circumferential direction, in a top part 13a of the crusher body 13 on a vertical axis-directional extension line of the diameter-contracted barrel part 21.
