PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool, stably fixed, by reducing damage to a cutting insert. SOLUTION: This cutting tool includes the cutting insert 10, a holder 20 having an inset pocket, a sheet member 30, a first screw 40 inserted into a second through-hole 32, fixing the sheet member by being fixed to a first screw fixing hole 21 and having a second screw fixing hole in a head, and a second screw 50 inserted into a first through-hole and fixing the cutting insert by being fixed to a second screw fixing hole, and is characterized in that the seating part 31 of the sheet member coincides with the seating surface 14 of the cutting insert when fixing the sheet member with the first screw.
