Fuselages.-Flying boat and aeroplane bodies are formed with an outer plywood skin 2 applied to a framework of hollow non-corrosive metal members 7 to which an inner skin 4 may be applied. The stitching 3 uniting the plywood may be carried round the frame members 1. The frame members 7 may further be flanged to facilitate the attachment of the inner skin.
