The present invention relates to an organic light emitting element. More specifically, the organic light emitting element (10) includes: a substrate (11); a first electrode (13); an organic layer (15); and a second layer (17). For the use of the substrate (11), a substrate which is generally used for an organic light emitting element can be used: a glass substrate or a transparent plastic substrate with high mechanical strength, thermal stability, transparency, surface flatness, easy treatment, and water proof function can be used. The organic light emitting element can have low driving voltage, high efficiency, and high color purity.
