A piezoelectric generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an upper plate; a lower plate which is located under the upper plate to be separated; and a piezoelectric device which is located between the upper plate and the lower plate. The upper plate is located in a part where the load of a seat is applied. The piezoelectric generating device deforms the piezoelectric device by a relative motion of the upper and lower plates.
