Disclosed are an apparatus and a method to settle an SNS advertisement cost using NFC. The present invention: transmits the location information and a coupon of a business branch which is adjacent to the location of a read tag UID, to a mobile communication terminal, after an SNS server reads the location information of the transmitted tag UID, when the mobile communication terminal transmits USIM information and the tag UID read from an NFC sticker by accessing the URL of the SNS server by reading the URL and the tag UID through tagging from the NFC sticker; and can easily and efficiently achieve an advertisement effect by identifying a touch area and providing the number of touches at each area to be countable, by determining the transmission as an event generation and composing billing information, by the event generation, to be transmitted to an affiliate store terminal.
