<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector which can adjust a tilt angle of a dichroic mirror with simple constitution and with easy operation. <P>SOLUTION: The projector includes: a light source; a G light reflection dichroic mirror 332 which reflects G light out of luminous flux emitted from the light source and transmits R light to separate the incident luminous flux; a housing 4 for optical parts, in which the G light reflection dichroic mirror 332 is housed; a holding member 6 which holds one end of the G light reflection dichroic mirror 332 and is rotatably supported in the housing for optical parts 4 centering around an axis of rotation 6J extending nearly perpendicular to an optical axis L; and an optical device which modulates the luminous flux separated by the G light reflection dichroic mirror 332 in accordance with image information and forms image light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
