PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate color conversion that suit sensations of a human being, and to improve compatibility and affinity to an existing device or system. SOLUTION: A color conversion device includes: a lattice point arrangement part 102 for generating a radial color conversion table Ta by arranging lattice points as correspondence of RGB values of an input device and CMYK values of an output device radially from a prescribed achromatic color axis between the input device expressed by three values of RGB and the output device expressed by four values of CMYK; and a color conversion table reorganization processing part 103 for generating an orthogonal lattice type color conversion table Tb in which the lattice points form an orthogonal lattice by laminating hue layers comprising the same hue surface and the complementary color hue surface thereof in the radial color conversion table Ta in a hue order. In the orthogonal lattice type color conversion table Tb, the lattice points form the orthogonal lattice by laminating the hue layer of each fixed hue and a special hue layer comprising a hue surface of a prescribed important color not belonging to the hue layer and the complementary color hue surface thereof.
