PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing crystallinity distribution of a polyolefin sample by which crystallinity distribution is extremely precisely obtained extremely in short time using a temperature rising elution fractionation method, and a device for the same. SOLUTION: The method for analyzing the crystallinity distribution of polyolefin and the device for the same include: a filling process (A) of filling sample solution containing polyolefin to a column; a crystallization process (B) of crystallizing the sample solution in the column; and an elution process (C) of eluting the crystallized polyolefin by raising temperature of the column, and in the crystallization process (B), a series of operations consisting of cooling and heating of the column are performed for at least once.
