PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat use heat source device which can be installed in a collective housing and is achieved in energy saving. SOLUTION: A heat collector 1 for collecting sun heat is installed in a veranda handrail of the collective housing, and a sun light receiving surface is facing vertically. The heat collector 1 heats an inner liquid by the heat of sun light received by the sun light receiving surface, and is formed by connecting thermally a liquid circulation passage 9 of the heat collector side for circulating the liquid with a hot water storage tank 120 which is located near the reinforcement fixing section of the veranda. On the liquid circulation passage 9 of the heat collector side, a heat load side liquid circulation passage 5 connected with a heat load device 10 is connected via a liquid-liquid heat exchanger 35. When the detected temperature of an inner liquid temperature sensor 3 is a predetermined temperature corresponding to the heat collector or higher, the liquid within the liquid circulation passage 9 of the heat collector side is circulated, the hot water in the hot water storage tank 120 is heated by the heat collected in the heat collector 1. The liquid circulation passage 5 of the heat load side which is connected with the external heat load device 10 is connected thermally with the liquid circulation passage 9 of the heat collector side via the liquid-liquid heat exchanger 35.
