<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidifier for ground improvement suitable for allophane-based volcanic cohesive soil. <P>SOLUTION: The solidifier for ground improvement to be mixed with the allophane-based cohesive volcanic soil containing red chalk and black chalk comprises 100 pts.wt. of the dry allophane-based volcanic cohesive soil, 20 pts.wt. of dry blast furnace slag, 10 pts.wt. of dry slaked lime, and 10 pts.wt. of dry plaster.
