PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a moving image with a high degree of interest or a frame period (each scene) taken at the decisive moment in the moving image when editing or reproducing with an easy operation. SOLUTION: A CPU 8 gives an evaluation value in frame unit according to an image-recording operation or a reproduction operation at the time of recording or reproducing a moving image file 21 by a camera device 3 and records it as an evaluation information file 22. Moreover, at the time of editing or reproducing the moving image, by referring to the evaluation value of the evaluation information file 22, a recorded part in which an image taken at the decisive moment is recorded or a recorded part of the image in which a user is interested is selectively provided to the user as a clue of editing.
