[Class 132 (ii).] In a golf bag comprising a container stiffened by a framework including a rigid baseplate, one or a number of spikes or studs are removably and interchangeably attached to the underside of baseplate so as to project downwardly therefrom. A flexible container, Fig. 1, is stiffened by an open member C and a baseplate E, both of D-shape and connected by longitudinal rods A. Spikes F or roundheaded studs are screwed into sockets D, Fig. 3, that serve also to receive the lower screwed ends of the rods A. A single spike or stud may be employed and depends from a socket disposed centrally of the baseplate.</p> |
