<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner liner, in which a crack of joint break susceptible to occurrence in molding or after molding is effectively prevented and uniformity and internal pressure holding performance of a tire can be improved so as to respond flexibly to a tire size high in inner expansion ratio, while effectively utilizing the existing equipment to contribute to reduction in cost, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same, and a pneumatic tire using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The inner liner includes a laminated body of single-layer or multilayer including at least one barrier layer.
