PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator device capable of preventing breakage of one of two insulator chains even when the other insulation chain is disconnected. SOLUTION: An insulator device arranged between a power transmission line E and an iron tower comprises two insulator chains 15, in which plural insulators are aligned along center axes 15G; a power transmission line side double york metal fitting 17, to which one end each of the two insulator chains 15 is coupled at a predetermined interval; and a power transmission line side arc horn 16 mounted to the power transmission line side double york metal fitting 17. The power transmission line side double york metal fitting 17 and the power transmission line side arc horn 16 rotate along a plane including the respective center axes 15G of the two insulator chains 15 when one of the two insulator chains 15 is disconnected. The rotated power transmission line side arc horn 16 is brought to a position, where collision to the other remaining insulator chain 15 is avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
