PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductivity measuring device, a heat conductivity calculation device, a heat conductivity calculation program, and a heat conductivity measuring method capable of calculating a heat conductivity of a plate-like measured piece even when the measured piece is not placed vertically or in vacuum. SOLUTION: One end 13a of a measured piece 12 is heated, and the temperature distribution of the measured piece 12 continuous or intermittent in a direction from one end 13a of the measured piece 12 to the other end 13b is detected. The heat conductivity k<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the measured piece 12 is calculated based on a heat resistance ratio m<SB POS="POST">1</SB>which is a ratio of the heat conduction resistance R<SB POS="POST">cd1</SB>of the measured piece 12 with the heat transmission resistance R<SB POS="POST">cv1</SB>of the measured piece 12, and a calculation heat transmittance h<SB POS="POST">2</SB>,h<SB POS="POST">2a</SB>based on the temperature distribution of a plate-like member 16 in the direction from one end 17a of the member 16 to the other end 17b when one end 17a of the plate-like member 16 is heated, and the temperature distribution of the measured piece 12.
