PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board device capable of radiating heat from a charge circuit part to the outside without using a dedicated heat sink separately, by paying attention to the fact that the charge circuit part and a discharge circuit part do not operate simultaneously. SOLUTION: The circuit board device comprises: a circuit board 1 having both a charge circuit part 7 for charging a chargeable/dischargeable secondary battery 2 and a discharge circuit part 5 for discharging from the secondary battery 2 provided on one side face; and a bus bar 9 connected to the discharge circuit part 5 for guiding an electric current discharged from the secondary battery 2 to a predetermined position according to the operation of the discharge circuit part 5. The bus bar 9 is closely attached to the other side face of the circuit board 1 which is the other side face where at least the charge circuit part exists. The heat generated form the charge circuit part 7 is discharged from the bus bar 9, which does not pass the electric current, through the circuit board 1 at the time of the operation of the charge circuit part 7, when the discharge circuit part 5 is brought into non-operation.
