PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain a lubricating state of a linear guiding device for a long time. SOLUTION: A plurality of groove-shaped oil paths 4 and a recess 5 for retaining oil are formed in a surface in contact with the side seal (plate member) 10 of the lubricant supplying body 11. The recess 5 is formed along the inner edge of a guide rail 1 continuous from the contact surface. The oil path 4 is formed toward the recess 5 from the outer edge of the lubricant supplying body 11. The lubricant oozed from the lubricant supplying body 11 through the plurality of groove-shaped oil paths 4 is temporarily pooled in the recess 5, and then supplied to the surface in contact with the guide rail 1.
