PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling transmission device of a working vehicle, which does not cause shift shock in a transmission operation by a shift indicator and enables a quick and smooth speed change in response to the transmission operation. SOLUTION: The travelling transmission device of a working vehicle includes a multiple stage transmission system and a transmission control section for performing transmission control of the transmission system in response to the operation of a sequential shift indicator, in which the transmission system includes a switching clutch type high and low speed transmission mechanism 11, a synchronizing switching type main transmission mechanism 12, and a switching clutch type forward/reverse switching mechanism 13. When the shift indicator is operated to a predetermined intermediate shift position by the transmission control section, it is determined whether switching is in the course of operation or switching operation is completed, and switching is sequentially performed to the shift stage of the intermediate shift position which is determined that switching is in the course of operation. Subsequent to the completion of the switching, switching is performed to the shift stage of the shift position which is determined that switching operation is completed.
