<p>This electric power generation device converts vibrational energy into electric energy and is equipped with: a plurality of different rotary shafts; a plurality of rotary members which are rotatable about the respective rotary shafts; an annular body which is stretched over the plurality of rotary members; at least one power generator which generates electric power as a rotational force generated by the rotation of the rotary members is supplied thereto; a vibration transmitting means which is fixed to the annular body and transmits external vibrations to the annular body; and a rotation direction restricting means which allows rotation of the rotary members in only one direction to be transmitted to the power generator. Also, provided is a shock absorber equipped with the power generation device.</p> |
