The present invention relates to a transporting apparatus which comprises: a rotary pulley block; a rope which is partly wound on the pulley block in order to move the pulley block; a shielding member which surround at least some area of the pulley block from outside and whose one end neighbors the rope; and a balancing member which is connected with the shielding member and receives larger force downward than the shielding member. Therefore, the transporting apparatus can restrict or prevent foreign materials from being put into a pulley placed therein. |
