摘要 Provided in the present invention is a method for germinating turion separated from Spirodela polyrhiza, which comprises the steps of: applying heat shock to turion in dormancy, separated from Spirodela polyrhiza at 60-70°C for 30 seconds to 10 minutes; and culturing the heat-shocked turion in a temperature condition of 15-35°C and a light radiation condition of 50~150 micromoles photon/m^2·s for two to four days. If the method according to the present invention is used, turion separated from Spirodela polyrhiza can be easily germinated in high yield regardless of storing period, thus enabling a user to immediately use Spirodela polyrhiza as a bioware when needed. Therefore, the present invention is expected to be a basis for improving biological and industrial usability of Spirodela polyrhiza.
