A semi-submersible marine structure is disclosed. The semi-submersible marine structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of columns to be erected in a vertical direction on the sea level; a deck installed on the upper part of the columns; a pontoon installed on the lower part of the columns; and an attenuation device installed at least one among the columns, wherein the attenuation device includes an attenuation member attenuation vertically moving on at least one side surface of the columns.
