The purpose of the present invention is to perform registration of positional information of a mobile communication terminal at an early stage. Accordingly, in cases when a mobile communication terminal has received a first position-registration response signal in which a prescribed value is set as a value indicating a cause for rejecting registration of positional information, the mobile terminal device performs, on the basis of the prescribed value, a first position-registration operation in which, when a second mobile communication network capable of communicating with the mobile communication terminal is present, a position-registration request signal of the mobile communication terminal is retransmitted via the second mobile communication network, and, when it is determined that the second mobile communication network is not present or the position registration of the mobile communication terminal cannot be completed on the second mobile communication network, the position-registration request signal is once again transmitted via the first mobile communication network. |
