A wire harness (9) including a tubular external member (16) covering a high-voltage conduction path (15). A drainage hole (27) is formed in this external member (16). The drainage hole (27) is covered by a clamp (20) in a state in which the functions of the drainage hole (27) are maintained, said clamp (20) being a retrofitted member. The clamp (20) has a tube attachment section (32) and the tube attachment section (32) has a drainage function-preserving section (34). A gap (35) is formed between the drainage function-preserving section (34) and the drainage hole (27). A foreign object penetration-preventing section (36) is formed on the vehicle progress direction (P) side of the gap (35). An external connection hole (37) is formed on the opposite side to the vehicle progress direction (P). |
