The method comprises: receiving original information bits, and encoding the original information bits and dividing same into information bits and check bits; respectively interleaving the information bits and the check bits; filling a first stream and a second stream with the interleaved information bits and check bits; modulating the first stream and the second stream; sending the first stream to a power amplifier, and transmitting same through an excitation vibrator; and sending the first stream and the second stream to a control circuit, wherein the control circuit transmits information about the second stream by controlling the electromagnetic coupling between the excitation vibrator and a parasitic vibrator. The present invention improves the reliability of information bit transmission, thereby improving the reliability of information transmission on the whole, so that the problem of low transmission reliability under Single RF MIMO conditions in the prior art can be solved.
