<p>Disclosed is a toaster actuating mechanism, which relates to a bread identification actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism comprises a frame (9) arranged in a shell, a carriage (1) which can move up and down, and a control circuit, wherein a bracket (5) is connected to the carriage (1), a support (502) is fixed to one end of the bracket (5), and the support (502) on the bracket (5) is hinged with the carriage (1); and a sensing device (401) used for identifying the angular displacement of the support (502) is provided, a light barrier (501) is arranged on the support (502), the sensing device (401) is arranged along the movement track of the light barrier (501), the light barrier (501) can block a sensing light passage of the sensing device (401), and the sensing device (401) is connected to a control circuit via a data line. The actuating mechanism uses the elasticity of a spring to rotate the bracket upwards to an angle by using a hinged joint as the centre of a circle. When a slice of bread is inserted, the bracket resets, the sensing device obtains the bracket resetting signal and transmits the signal to a controlling chip to control the automatic actuation of the toaster. The actuating mechanism has the advantages of a simple structure, good security and reliability, and low costs.</p> |
