The present invention relates to a diet spoon for a woman used in eating food and, more particularly, to a spoon which can prevent fast eating of food at once when being on a diet and eating meals at home or out. The diet spoon for a woman comprises: a main body including a head which is convex reversely to the conventional spoon; eight small holes which are bored on the convex head at regular intervals of 0.1 mm; and a stick part which has a curved shape like a woman in a bikini. |
