摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a modifier composition powder for a grouting material that controls rheological characteristics, and special cement for a grouting material containing the same. The modifier composition powder for the grouting material that controls rheological characteristics according to the present invention is formed by mixing an alkylammonium tosylate coating solution in a liquid state for controlling rheological characteristics by including alkylammonium tosylate which gives and controls rheological characteristics of the grouting material, an emulsifier aid which gives stock solution stability and low temperature stability, and water; and a builder for a solidification agent which contains a divalent metal oxide and thus removes moisture contained in the coating solution to allow the coating solution in a liquid state to be changed into powder when the builder is mixed with the alkylammonium tosylate coating solution, wherein 0-30 wt% (exclusive of 0 wt%) of the alkylammonium tosylate coating solution and 70-100 wt% of the builder for a solidification agent are mixed. Therefore, the present invention includes the builder for a solidification agent containing a divalent metal oxide which is mixed with the akylammonium tosylate coating solution in a liquid state, and thus provides a modifier composition powder for a grouting material that controls rheological characteristics, and special cement for the grouting material containing the same, thereby facilitating powdering of the alkylammonium tosylate coating solution which controls rheological characteristics as well as satisfying all rheological characteristics.</p>
