The present invention provides an enteric preparation having a film formation property and acid resistance in a simple and efficient manner without requirement of a particular cooling device. More specifically, provided is a method for preparing aqueous enteric coating liquid including, at least: a process of partially neutralizing aqueous suspension including at least a cellulose-based enteric substrate with an alkaline solution; and a process of mixing the partially neutralized aqueous suspension and a plasticizer. Also, provided is a solid preparation having: at least a core part containing a drug; and a coated part in which the core part is coated with the aqueous enteric coating liquid prepared by the method above. Further, provided is a method for preparing a solid preparation including: at least each process of the method of preparing the aqueous enteric coating liquid; and a process of coating the core part containing a drug with the aqueous enteric coating liquid prepared by the method above.
