<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the reworkability of an adhesive agent layer and prevent the delamination, in an optical film having the adhesive agent layer. <P>SOLUTION: A mold-releasing layer 2 is formed on a base film 1 by coating a mold-releasing material thereon. An intermediate layer 3 is formed on the mold-releasing layer 2 by coating an intermediate layer material thereon and curing it. After an ionizing radiation-curing resin composition is coated as a transparent substrate material, a laminate film 5 is covered, and a transparent base material layer 4 is formed by irradiation of an ionizing radiation. The mold-releasing layer 2 and the base film 1 are peeled from the intermediate layer 3, and the laminate film 5 is peeled from the transparent base material layer 4.
