PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement guiding device achieving higher precision higher than in conventional technologies by providing a novel improved technology enabling the device to have higher precision. SOLUTION: A movement block 21 constituting the movement guiding device 10 includes a movement block body 22, a return member 23, and a pair of end plates 24, 24. An inner-periphery side turning groove of the return member 23 collaborating with an outer-periphery side turning groove of each end plate 24 forms a turning track such that a groove on which a load rolling body rolls and which is formed on the movement block body 22 communicates with a track on which a non-load rolling body rolls. After the return member 23 is fixed as a basis of the movement block body 22, each end plate 24 is fixed to the movement block body 22. Thereby an endless circulation track is precisely completed.
