PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: when the transfer head is pushed to a transferred surface, a transfer head is moved to a case inner side, and thereby, a position of a coating film end of a transfer tape in a delivery direction with respect to an end of the transfer head is moved, and a user sets the end of the transfer head at a desired position to start transfer, however, the end of the transfer head is not aligned with the end of the coating film, and therefore, transfer of the coating film is started from a position different from the desired position. SOLUTION: In the coating film transfer tool, a delivering core and a winding core are arranged inside a case, and the transfer tape delivered from the delivering core is wound by the winding core through the transfer head. A control means for preventing movement of the transfer tape and an operating means for releasing the control means are provided in the case.
