PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent adhesiveness between a fixing member such as a ring and protective members such as a frame and a cap. SOLUTION: A speaker (15) includes: a frame (151); a diaphragm (153) installed on the frame; a loop shaped fixing member (152) fixing a periphery of the diaphragm to the frame; and a protection member (154) which is closely contacted with the fixing member and thereby secures waterproofness from an inner peripheral side to an outer peripheral side of the fixing member.
