In the present invention, disclosed is a center axis type massage head set with asymmetric cantilevers, comprising an alcove; cantilevers which are formed respectively on both asymmetric locations of the alcove and are stretched upward; upper end surfaces of the two cantilevers which have at least one massage protrusion structure; a rotation plate which is protruded upward on the center axis of the alcove; and at least one protrusion structure which is formed on upper end surface of the rotation plate where the rotation plate is allowed to rotate and to do massage while the asymmetric cantilever has swings, rotations and massages. |
