An array including a plurality of frame modules 100, each frame being for mounting 7 of a solar panel, each frame is mounted on a frame-support framework including fixing means enabling a frame-support framework to be joined to a neighboring frame-support framework. A tilt mechanism enables a frame to be tilted in a vertical plane, between a horizontal and a vertical position relative to the respective frame-support framework. In addition each frame is independently pivotable about a vertical axis 4 in the plane of the frame. Pivoting is actuated by a pivoting mechanism comprising a pivotable yoke 1. The pivoting and tilting mechanisms of the frames in an array are linked by pivot linkage means and tilt linkage means and driven by a common pivoting drive means and a common tilt drive means respectively.
