<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight of an impeller by restraining reduction of power generation efficiency when a direction of water power is inverted.SOLUTION: In a power turbine 100 having an impeller 110 provided with plural blades 111 radially, each blade 111 is constituted by a first frame 111a provided outward from a center of the impeller 110, a second frame 111b provided backward in a rotation direction of the impeller 110 from an outer end of the first frame 111a, and a flexible face material 111d. A front edge and an outer edge of the flexible face material 111d are stationary edges respectively fixed to the first frame 111a and the second frame 111b, while a rear edge of the flexible face material 111d is a free edge under a swung state.</p> |
