<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an electronic contract document by making an electronic contract through a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: Only when official authentication information is transmitted from a terminal 31, a contract document file is transmitted from the terminal 31 to a digital contract server 4 and stored in a storage server 6. Only when the official authentication information or temporary authentication information is transmitted from a terminal 32, the contract document file is transmitted to the terminal 32 and an acceptor is allowed to browse the contract document file. Regarding a contract, acceptance is inputted in the terminal 32 and that information is transmitted to the digital contract server 4. A log record of transmission and a log record of contract acceptance are written in the contract document file, a time stamp server 8 performs time stamp on the updated contract document file, and the time stamp file is stored in the storage server 6. For a case for which temporary authentication information is transmitted from the terminal 32 but an identity authentication document is not received within a predetermined period of time, deletion means deletes the time stamp file from the storage server 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
