ELECTRIC HEATER WITH LONGITUDINAL FINNED HEAT PIPE

An electric heater with a longitudinal finned heat pipe, the electric heater consisting of PTC thermosensitive ceramic heating elements (3), longitudinal finned gravity heat pipes (4), casings (1), and a base (2); the longitudinal finned gravity heat pipes (4) are tightly pressed against the PTC thermosensitive ceramic heating elements (3) via the pressure of pressure springs; the external surfaces of the longitudinal finned gravity heat pipes (4) are provided with integrated vertical longitudinal fins; a cylindrical casing (1) is provided outside each longitudinal finned gravity heat pipe (4); chimney-like channels are formed between the inner cavities of the casings (1) and the longitudinal finned gravity heat pipes (4); and the casings (1) are detachably connected. The longitudinal finned heat pipe electric heater combines PTC thermosensitive ceramic heating elements with longitudinal finned gravity heat pipes, and combines casings with longitudinal finned gravity heat pipes to generate ventilation effect, thus greatly improving heat conduction efficiency and energy saving effect.
